The Challenge
In an ever-evolving business environment, Mensoft was challenged to integrate its new R+D+i Technology Centre with a great focus on IoT solutions and with it, launch a digital identity accordingly, thus strengthening its online strategy as a company that is committed to innovation. Proportione took on the challenge of this strategic project for Mensoft in three aspects: brand strategy, content strategy and technology strategy.
Mensoft needed to update its corporate image and digital presence to reflect its evolution and leadership within the technology sector. The objective was to be perceived, in addition to being a technology consulting company, as a company that is committed to innovation, through its IoT technology center, improving its visibility, positioning in search engines and engagement in social networks, maintaining the essence of its brand.

Proportione designed a comprehensive strategy that included the redesign of the digital brand, of its website,
SEO optimization, new content strategy and a continuous and reinforced presence on social networks
Social. This multifaceted approach ensured a smooth transition to a seamless image
more innovative but also accessible.
Strategies implemented
- Web Development & SEO: selection of the web solution to implement a renewed website with a focus on UX/UI, optimization of loading times, accompanied by an SEO audit to improve its positioning.
- Content strategy: We developed a content tree and internal linking strategies to highlight Mensoft's services and improve the user experience.
- Digital Presence Strategy: We increase social media engagement with an effective communication plan and the use of a business intelligence analytics dashboard to measure impact.


Results
The project developed for Mensoft led in the first 4 months to a notable increase in online visibility (30% increase), 40% increase in engagement and 50% increase in web users on the page. All this means a significant improvement in SEO positioning and an exponential growth in social media interaction.
